Emily VanCamp

Emily VanCamp is a Canadian actress. Emily VanCamp first came to fame for her work on producer Greg Berlanti, who cast her as a regular in The WB series Everwood (2002-2006) as well as the ABC show Brothers & Sisters (2007-2010). VanCamp's character Emily Thorne in the ABC series Revenge running from between 2011 and 2015, gained her more attention. From 2018 to 2021, VanCamp starred on The Resident, a Fox medical drama The Resident. She also plays Sharon Carter / Agent 13 and the Power Broker in The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) which includes appearances in the films Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) as well as Captain America: Civil War (2016), as well as in the twenty-21 Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and What If ...? VanCamp began to be interested in acting when she went with her sister Katie for a visit to the Ladies Room film set. Following the discovery of an agent, and acting in a handful of advertisements, she began to attend the acting classes on Saturdays. Then, she was cast as the protagonist of the third and final episode special for Are you afraid of the dark? an Canadian horror TV anthology that was aimed at children.
