Awkwafina

Awkwafina Awkwafina, an American actor and singer, began by releasing a humorous rap track which dealt with the subject of sexuality and race. Her fame grew into Hollywood following the release of several rap songs. Nora Lum is the daughter of Chinese and Korean parents in Forest Hills Queens. The trumpet was the first instrument she played for her. Then, she started hip-hop and classical training. While at school, she majored in journalism, and women's studies, and was taking classes in Mandarin in Beijing for a time. She turned her attention to music once she graduated. Following her viral success through the Internet the track My Vag was a reaction to Mickey Avalon's My Dick. It eventually was included on her debut album Yellow Ranger. The album also included popular hits that went viral, such as body positive Queef or the winking city tour NYC Bitche$. The track that was published directly connected to Awkwafinas NYC, her guide to travel in 2015. A musician and author was in her portfolio, she decided to set her sights on a third endeavor actor. Alongside early TV shows such as Girl Code and Tawk she was also featured in movies such as Neighbors 2 Storks and Bad Rap. In 2018 she was able to land major roles in a variety of high-profile movies like Dude Ocean's 8 and Crazy Rich Asians. In June, she debuted her EP "In Fina We Trust".
